Post Service Limitations

Our regular post shipping option is available for products with a length of up to two meters. Additionally, the total length plus two times the sum of height and width should not exceed 300cm. This ensures safe and secure transportation for your valuable artwork. In case your artwork exceeds the mentioned requirements, we will ensure that it is sent in the most suitable way using available shipping services like FedEx, UPS, or TNT.

Comprehensive Shipping

Our shipping service includes careful packaging to protect your artwork during transit. Additionally, a 2% insurance fee is calculated to provide added peace of mind.

Special Considerations for Large Canvases

For large canvases exceeding two meters in length, we offer the option to roll them into a tube. Please note that this requires you to arrange for local painting frame assembly or stretch the canvas yourself. Alternatively, you may choose to exclude the canvas wooden frame altogether.

Worldwide Shipping Price Difference

In the case of canvases ranging from 1 to 2 meters, any price difference in worldwide shipping will be refunded to you. We strive to offer fair and transparent shipping costs for our valued customers.

Return and Refund Policy

We offer a full refund option until the point of shipping. If you decide to return your artwork, it must be in its original quality and shipped back to us at your expense.
